A name people remember and a website they trust
How we gave Apical Arb Tree Services a logo, a website and the print and clothing to match.

The starting point
Tom set up Apical Arb Tree Services after years of working in tree surgery. He needed a name people would remember and a website they could trust.
We sat down with Tom and talked through everything a new business needs.
How it went
Tom had the skills from years in tree surgery. What he needed was a business that looked as good as his work. We took on the whole of it.
We designed the logo. Tom says it "perfectly represents my business". We built the website, and he says it "exceeded my expectations". We set up his social media accounts, helped with his uniform design and made his NFC business card.
Tom says "The team was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process". He says his customers have complimented him on "how easy it is to navigate and use". He also says he has "seen an increase in online bookings since the launch".
What we did
-
A logo
A new logo for the business, used on everything that followed. Tom says it "perfectly represents my business". A good logo is the anchor for everything else. Once it is right, the site, the clothing and the print can all follow it.
-
A website
A clear site that shows what Tom does and makes it easy to get in touch. In a trade where people let you work at their home, the website helps them decide whether to trust you.
-
Social media
We set up his social media accounts. Accounts that share the logo and the look of the website make the business easy to recognise wherever someone finds it.
-
Print and clothing
Printed material and work clothing, all matching the new logo. When people see you in a uniform that matches your van and your website, it shows a business that takes itself seriously.
-
An NFC business card
Tom mentions "an amazing NFC business card" in his review. Any card that people keep and use is worth having, and small touches like this help a new business stand out.

The results
Apical Arb Tree Services has a logo, a website, social media accounts, print, work clothing and an NFC business card. Tom wrote that his customers have complimented him on how easy the website is to navigate and use. He also wrote that he has "seen an increase in online bookings since the launch". Those are his words. We have no figure to add.
“Aeroy is hands down the best web design and digital marketing company I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They designed an amazing logo that perfectly represents my business, and they built a website that exceeded my expectations. My customers have complimented me on how easy it is to navigate and use, and I’ve seen an increase in online bookings since the launch. Not only did they help me with the website, but they also helped me with my uniform design, setting up my social media accounts, and even creating an amazing NFC business card. The team was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process. I can’t recommend Aeroy enough for any business looking to take their online presence to the next level.”
Advice
If you work in a trade where people let you into their property, they judge you before you arrive. They look at your van, your clothes, your logo and your website. If these look like they belong together, a customer relaxes. If they look patched together, they start to wonder.
Start with the name and the logo. Pick a name that is easy to say and spell, because people will pass it on by word of mouth. Make sure the logo reads well on a phone screen as well as on a van door.
Then carry the look through to everything else. Your website, your social media, your printed material and your work clothing should all look like one business. You do not need a lot of each. You need them to match.
Make it easy to get in touch. Whatever the customer sees, they should always know the next step, whether that is to book, ask a question or request a quote. Keep your details the same everywhere, so nobody finds an old number or a different spelling of your name.
